If there is a problem with the products you have purchased from our website or if the products you have purchased do not meet your needs, you can return them after delivery. The legal period specified for the return of the products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that it has not lost its resaleable feature.

The products you want to return will be examined and concluded quickly and accurately by our relevant team within the scope of the “Right of Withdrawal” in Article 12 and the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised” in Article 13 of the “Distance Sales Agreement”. Your request will be evaluated . In order for your return to be accepted, it must comply with the “Right of Withdrawal” in Article 12 and “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised” in Article 13 of the “Distance Sales Contract”. If the products you want to return comply with the terms of the “Distance Sales Agreement”, your refund will be made immediately to your credit/debit card that we used while shopping on our site, as of the receipt of your return request.

Return Preparation Process

You should notify us of your return request, the reason and the product you want to return via whatsapp or mail.

Return Shipping

After contacting us via whatsapp or e-mail and requesting a return, you can send us your shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge, using the cargo number we will share with you. Even if your return request is accepted, used, unpackaged or damaged products cannot be returned. If the products you return do not meet these conditions, the return approval will be canceled and your products will be sent to you with Yurtiçi Kargo.

For shipments made with companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the payment must be covered by you, otherwise the shipment will not be received. In order for your shipment to be received by the cargo company, it must be packaged in a way that can be transported safely.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within the same calendar day after you place it. For this, you can skip your order cancellation request by contacting us via whatsapp or e-mail. Afterwards, if your order is eligible for cancellation, it will be canceled by our representative. In order for the order to be eligible for cancellation, your order must not have been shipped yet. Cancellation cannot be made after the product you ordered has been shipped, but if you do not receive the order brought by the Cargo or if you take delivery and fulfill the RETURN Procedure, the refund will be processed.

Your refund will be made within 24 hours when your order status appears as Canceled. Although the reflection on your card may vary from bank to bank, it takes place within a few days, and you can track it in detail from your bank.
